Your gathered personal data can be shared, stored, reorganized and classified with our business partners, our suppliers, Community Companies, Overseas Companies of our Company, Company officials, our shareholders, employees, supervisory authorities, subcontractors, legally authorized institutions and private people, third parties in domestic or abroad in the context of personal data processing conditions and purposes which defined in 8. and 9. Articles of KVKK, for the purposes of; working through the required studies in order to make you use of services which provided by our Company and Our Community Companies, specializing and recommending the products and services which provided by our Company and our Community Companies according to your liking, habits and needs; assurance the legally and commercial security of the people related with our Company, Community Companies; (Administrative operations which are directed by our Company for
communication, providing the security and controlling of physical locations of Company, business
partner/client/supplier (authorized or employees)/sub-employer/reputation research processes, legally orientation process, controlling, financial affairs etc.) designating and practicing the commercial and business strategies of our Company and also following the policies of human resources policies.
• Protection of Children’s Privacy
Our company takes protection of children’s privacy seriously. We have been processing the websites in accordance with the in judicial locality specified below. We do not collect the personal data of children who validly below sixteen (16) or if it is allowed by the legislation thirteen (13). Children who validly below sixteen (16) or if it is allowed by the legislation thirteen (13) have to be allowed by their parent/guardian before giving any other personal data information to a website. In case we determine that the user is below the age limit, we do not use the personal data without the allowance of the parent/guardian or keep data processing. However, the child may not be attending to several activities without this kind of allowance. • The Rights of Personal Data Possessor in the article 11 of KVKK (Protection of Personal Data Law)
In per 11 Article of 6698 numbered KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), your constitutional rights have been specified.
In this context, personal data possessors have the rights of;
1. Learning whether your personal data is processed or not,
2. If your personal data is processed, requesting information related to it,
3. Learning purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used relevantly or not,
4. Knowing the third parties, who are imparted with your personal data in domestic or abroad,
5. Requesting the correction of your personal data in case they are deficiently or wrongly processed,
6. Requesting deleting or extinguishing of your personal data in case the disappearance of the reasons which require processing them in terms of purpose, time and legitimacy principles.
7. Requesting the third parties, who are imparted with your personal data, to be informed about the processes in case of the correction, deleting or extinguishing of your personal data,
8. Opposing it in case of the emergence of a consequence against you by analyzing your processed personal data with exclusively automatic systems,
9. Requesting the absorption of loss if your personal data is processed illegally and you sustain loss because of this reason.
In compliance with as per paragraph 1 of Article 13 of 6698 numbered KVKK, you can always communicate your demand of exercising rights specified above to Our Company with in written or any other method which designated by The Council of Protecting Personal Data. Currently, because The Council of Protecting Personal Data has not designated any method, you have to make your appliance to our company written in accordance with KVKK. In this context, means and methods to be used to written apply to our company in accordance with 11th Article of KVKK are expounded below.
