On 17-18 June, we got together with Hapag-Lloyd management team in Yedi Bilgeler Wine House in which houses delicious vineyards.

We spoke upon success features in management with the participants. We highlighted how they should approach to the problems that they encountered in the path of success.

We made problems to be more easily overcome by converting them into questions.

On second day of education, we discoursed upon WEQ team intelligence which gives us opportunity to face with the expectations of digitalizing new world. While working together, we realized that everyone in the team has a different decisionmaking approach and we can produce efficient outcomes by considering these differences, understanding them thoroughly and taking the advantage of them.

We discussed what we can overcome in the circle of emotion, logic and discernment as “We”. We experienced selling –WE- product, which is the ideal team that holds emotion and logic together , with “Box Your Idea” event. In last session, we discoursed upon management expectations of new generation, Coach-like management and feedback competencies.
